Age: While filling the Application form Candidates age should be between 14 to 30 of Age calculated  as on 17/06/2013

Original Transfer certificate or If Lost Duplicate transfer Certificate along with following Documents:

A) Declaration to be made on Rs.100/- of Bond Paper that original School Leaving Certificate has been lost and it should be checked & certified by revenue department.

Letter of Concerned Principal stating that due to original School Leaving certificate has been Lost, duplicate Copy has been given, and all the necessary document has been checked.

Copy of Notice of Regional Newspaper stating the details of Lost of Original School Leaving Certificate.

FIR Copy, FIR No, & report of Police department stating the Lost of Original School leaving Certificate.

S.S.C Original Mark list (10th STD) passed from Maharashtra Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or equivalent.

Caste Certificate from all Reserved Category candidates.

For the ST Candidate ‘Caste Validity Certificate is Compulsory.

Non Creamy Layer Certificate issued after 1st April 2013 or valid as on date of admission.

Certificate of the Freedom Fighter if the candidate is son/daughter of the Freedom Fighter or son/daughter of son/daughter of the Freedom Fighter.

For Inservicemen or Exservicemen parents, candidate should produce the Certificate of Defense Personnel (DP)’issued by the Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer/ Discharge Certificate issued by the Officer Commanding the Regiment or Serviceman Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.

Certificate of Project Affected Person (PAP)’issued by District Resettlement Officer/ Rehabilitation Officer of Government of Maharashtra in the prescribed form that his/her parents’/grand parents’ land has been acquired by the Government for Agricultural University/ Irrigation/ Power/ Defence Project having the name of beneficiary.

Certificate of Physically Handicapped (PH)’  issued by District Civil Surgeon or equivalent Government hospital/ Medical board. The percentage of disability shall not be less than 40% in case of candidate seeking reservation for physically handicapped category.

Certificate of Landless Agricultural Labour’issued by the Tahsildar/ Naib Tahsildar stating that the principal means of livelihood of the parent is manual labour on agricultural land. (This certificate should not be in the name of applicant.) However, “Agriculturist” (AG) category will not be given to Landless Agricultural Labour.

Participation in sports and Cultural activities (Std 8th to 10th) District Sports officer/Taluka Sports officer/Sports Parishad/Certificate issued District Education officer to candidate for participation in Taluka/District/State/National level sports , Debate competition/Essay/elocution completion.

N.C.C/M.C.C/Scout guide Certificate for 2% Weightage Points.

In case the candidate is Agriculturist Certificate of having Agriculture land should be submitted & Village form 7/12 extract / Khasara for the year 2012 or 2013

Bonafide Certificate if admission taken elsewhere.

Rahiwas Pramanpatra (Domicile of the District)

If Open Candidate (female) should produced Non-Creamy Layer Certificate to avail 30% reservation Quota.
