The Agriculture University shall publish the admission advertisement for admission to Diploma/ Polytechnic  course for the year 2013-14.

Candidates visits website http://oasis.mkcl.org/agridiploma and fills ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

Candidates shall get the Information brochure of the university from the website or get it from the ALCs as per the stipulated price of Rs.25/- ( per information brochure)

Option form is inbuilt in the application form only and candidate can give his preferred District in which he/she wants to take admission. Then Candidate can give preferences of Diploma/ Polytechnic schools which are located in his/her preferred District. Then candidate can give the preferences of schools which are in jurisdiction of that particular University if desired.

Candidate shall submit the completely filled PRINTOUT OF Application form and option form along with required attested document at the ALC.

After scrutiny ALC coordinator shall confirm the form online.

As per the schedule District wise and University wise Provisional Merit List will be published on the website.

In case of any Grievances, Candidates have to submit the grievances to ALC in written application before the stipulated date.

After the Grievance committee meeting, Final Merit List will be published as per the schedule.

Based on merit and preferences given by candidates of his/her District the first allocation round shall be carried out at District Level only.

Agri Tech School wise Allocation list shall be published in School’s login or connected ALC login.

For vacant seats 2nd and 3rd round will be carried out at District Level only.

For remaining seats 4th round at University level will be carried out.

Allotted candidates can get an “Allotment Letter” from the candidate login or at ALC by providing them candidate login / password .

The allotted candidate should approach to particular Government Diploma School of that District for taking admission. Candidates who are allotted in Private Diploma School are also required to approach Government Diploma School of their district.

This process will be carried out University wise. The process shall be independently carried out for all four agricultural Universities in Maharashtra.
