  • Your login id and password will be generated after registration.


  • Please note down your login id and password and Form number for all future correspondence.


  • Using this login id and password, you can apply online and print the completed application form.


  • Before filling online application please draw a DD of Rs. 300 for Open category and Rs. 200 for reserved category in favor of "Registrar, Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University" payable at Amravati; OR make application fee payment at the University fee receipt counter and get acknowledgement receipt from them. Retain this receipt while filling the online application form.


  • Soft copy of your latest passport size photograph in .jpeg format with image size not exceeding 20 kb. OR Hard copy of your latest passport size photograph to be pasted on printed application form.


  • Fill the complete online application form and take the print.


  • Please note that once printed, you will not be able to edit any information.


  • Put your signatures on the printed form in the necessary fields.


  • Attach Original DD/Payment receipt photo copy and required documents to application form.


  • Send the form in A4 size envelope by Courier/Registered post/by hand to Chairman,Central Admission committee,Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University,Amravati-444602.
