Applicant reads the advertisement published by MCAER in newspapers and notes the website address of Diploma admission viz. http://oasis.mkcl.org/fishdiploma

Applicant log’s on to the website downloads “Admission Prospectus”, “Annexure”  and reads all the information on the website such as Application Fee, Eligibility, Application Receipt Centre (ARC) and Required Documents.

Applicant fills Domicile details, personal information and contact details by clocking on “Apply Online” link. At the end of online registration process, system will display the “Login ID” and “Password”.

Applicant notes the Login ID and Passwordfor future reference (or takes a print out of the login/password).

Applicant Deposits  fees by challan in State Bank of India branch or through Net banking or by cash at Authorised Learning Centre (ALC) of MKCL.

List of such ALC is available on web site. Attaches Xerox copy of challan if amount deposited by challan.

Fees for Open Candidate is Rs. 600/- and Reserved Category Candidate for Rs.300/-.

Applicant again logs on to the website using Login ID and Password. After login, applicant fills Reservation details, educational details, weightage details and application processing fees payment mode and complete and approves the application form.

Applicant takes theprintout of completely filled online application form on A4 size paper and affixes signature at designated places on the form.

Applicant pastes the recent passport size photograph on the application form summary printout.

Applicant arranges the attested photocopies (xerox) of required documents/certificates e.g. Domicile/SSC/Reservation/Weightage documents as indicated on the application form printout.

Applicant encloses completely filled and signed application form along with required documents in a A4 size envelops; writes address on it and affix appropriate postage on it and send it by post/speed post to the Applicant Receipt Centre (ARC).

For all further admission activities, Applicant checks the status of his/her application online using login/password on the website.

Provisional Merit list will be published on the websitehttp://oasis.mkcl.org/fishdiploma. Candidate shall check online and confirm whether his/her Name, Category, Marks, Weightage etc. are correct or otherwise in the provisional merit list.

In case of any grievance,

1. Candidate shall Login using Login ID and Password.
2. Scan and upload supporting documents if any.
3. Submit grievance online.

Respective Application Receipt Centre (ARC) resolves the valid grievance of the applicant online; and communicates if additional supporting documents/certificates are required.

Final Merit List will be published the on website http://oasis.mkcl.org/fishdiploma

Round-wise Allotment List will be published  on the website http://oasis.mkcl.org/fishdiplomaas per schedule.

Allotted candidate are notified about their allotment via SMS. Candidate logs on the website using Login ID and Password to download and print the ‘Provisional Allotment Letter’.

Candidate choose one amongst the following after his/her provisional allotment:

1. Admission – Candidate confirms admission after physically visiting the Diploma In Fisheries Engineering Program at Fisheries Campus, Shirgaon, Ratnagiri - 415 629 and confirms his/her seat after submission of original documents and fee.
2. Not Reported – Candidate who does not report to the Diploma Program are considered to be not reported and their offered admission in the round gets cancelled. The resultant vacant seat is allocated to the next deserving candidate from the Merit List.
3. Cancellation – Candidate can cancel admission from the Diploma In Fisheries Engineering Program to which he/she has been allotted after taking admission.

Diploma In Fisheries Engineering Program updates the admission statistics on the website daily during the admission round.

5

Next allocation round is taken against the vacant seat / seats.
