Registration Process

  1. College will download sample college registration form from website  OR College will visit nearest MKCL’s ALC (Authorized Learning center) and collect sample college registration form.
  2. Principal of M.Ed College will fill details in college registration form and sign it.
  3. College Admission In-charge/ Principal will visit MKCL’ALC for Online registration  of College.
  4. MKCL’s  ALC will fill online application form in software as per sample application form in presence of college authority person.
  5. MKCL’s  ALC  will  give summary print-out of college registration form  with Seat distribution print to College Admission In-charge/ Principal.
  6. College Admission In-charge/ Principal will  sign summary form with Seat distribution print and will attach required document like
    1. Demand Draft of Rs. 1000/- in favor of ‘Director Higher Education’ payablePune  (if applicable)
    2. NCTE Order letter
    3. State Govt. Order letter
    4. University Affiliation letter for current year OR University Letter about Permission admissions for the year 2012-13.
  7. College Admission In-charge/ Principal will send these details to Directorate of Higher Education, Pune through Currier /Post.
  8. Director of Higher Education authority will check college registration form
  9. Director of Higher Education authority will approve college registration form through their Login.
  10. When the DHE authority verify & approve the college, LoginId & Password details of colleges will be SMS & Emailed to college authority.
  11. College authority will logged in by selecting College Login Option and check his profile.
