  1. The department shall be provided with training manuals for all the administrative bodies using the system.
  2. On-site support shall be provided in case of critical or nascent stages of the admission process.
  3. For maintaing the client website, hosting and IT infra support is also provided
  4. Students are provided with user manuals for following activities:
    • Application form
    • Option form
    • Counselling round 
    • Institute reporting
  5. Apart from manuals, helpdesk support is provided for instant assistance.
