Application Process for Recruitment of Medical Officers

1. Applicant logs on to http://oasis.mkcl.org/phd2011 and reads all the information provided on the various links on the home page such as Application Fee, Eligibility, Number of Vacancies and Required Documents.
2. Applicant draws a Demand Draft of Applicable Fee as per the amount displayed on the application fee page. The Demand Draft should be drawn from a nationalized bank, in favour of MKCL and payable at Pune and shall be kept ready before the online registration process.
3. Applicant fills his/her personal information by clicking on Register Online link. At the end of registration process, applicant will get Login ID and Password.
4. Applicant notes down the Login ID and Password for all future references.
5. Applicant again logs on to http://oasis.mkcl.org/phd2011 with his/her Login ID and Password. After login, applicant fills DD details, educational details and other required information. Applicant will upload his recent photograph.
6. Applicant takes the printout of completely filled online application form on A4 size paper.
7. Applicant will affix his/her signature on summery print-out at the indicated place.
8. Applicant writes his/her name and application form number on the reverse side of Demand Draft.
9. Applicant shall attaches all necessary copies of certificates along with the Application Form and also furnish an affidavit on a stamp paper of Rs.100/-, affirmed before a Notary in respect of correctness and authenticity of the information mentioned in the Application Form. 10. The Application Form should be accompanied by an affidavit, failing which it will be treated as incomplete & will be rejected.
11. Applicant encloses the following in the A4 size envelope; writes address on it and affix appropriate postage on it.
    • Signed printout of Application form summary
    • All applicable attested copies of certificates / mark sheets as mentioned on the application form
    • Affidavit (as per instruction No. 9)
    • DD of applicable amount

12.   Applicant sends A4 size envelope only by post / speed post to MKCL

13.   Applicant checks the status of application on website.

14.   Candidates fulfilling the eligibility norms and fee payment as ascertained through MKCL's scrutiny   process will be eligible for further selection process.
